Flash freezing locks in the nutrients, vitamins, and natural goodness of fresh fruits and vegetables at their peak. This means you still get the benefits of whole produce, including vitamins, minerals, fibre, and antioxidants, in a convenient format.

Products are sold frozen and should be stored in the freezer until ready to use.

When kept frozen, products maintain their quality for up to one year. Once thawed, refrigerate and enjoy within 24 hours for best freshness.

Once thawed, pouches can stay unrefrigerated for several hours and often longer when kept in a cool environment.

Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or place in a bowl of cool or warm water until ready to enjoy.

For best quality and texture, products are not recommended to be refrozen once fully thawed.
